Your account
CivicSpike accounts have no email or password, only an ID and a backup code. The code is kept only in scrambled form, so nobody can look it up or send it to you. If you lose it, it can never be recovered. Keep it somewhere safe.
Signing in on the web
Type your ID on civicspike.com, then approve the sign-in on your phone.
Deleting your account
In the app: My Account → Delete account. Your name comes off everything you wrote, and the writing stays.
Reporting a post or a member
Open the article and use Flag or Mute.
